Comment fixup 

* exceptions.cc (getcontext/x86_64): Drop comment on RtlCaptureContext.
        (swapcontext/x86_64): Fix comment yet again.
        (getcontext/i686): Move comment from x86_64 getcontext, slightly
        rearranged, to preceeding comment.
