* advapi32.cc (_ADVAPI32_): Drop definition. 

* kernel32.cc (_KERNEL32_): Ditto.
	* winlean.h: Add definitions required to use Mingw64 headers.
	(FILE_SHARE_VALID_FLAGS): Drop definition.
