Drop has_broken_fnoi flag 

* mount.cc (fs_info::update): Don't set has_broken_fnoi.  It's
	unused anyway.
	* mount.h (class fs_info): Remove has_broken_fnoi status flag.
	* path.h (class path_conv): Remove has_broken_fnoi method.
