@samp{ntsec} will allow UNIX permissions in Windows NT on NTFS file systems.
@samp{ntea} works on NTFS @emph{and} FAT but it creates a huge,
@strong{undeletable} file on FAT filesystems.
There is no solution at all for Windows 9x.
