Subject: [PATCH] * speclib: Don't use /dev/null as DLL name.  Just default to
 what's already in .def file. * exceptions.cc (sig_handle): Remove last
 vestiges of SA_NOCLDSTOP code which caused SIGCHLD to be ignored.
