* Makefile.def: Remove libstdcxx_incdir, libsubdir, gxx_include_dir,
	gcc_version, and gcc_version_trigger from set of flags to pass.

	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* configure.in: Do not reference config/gcc-version.m4 nor
