* spu/configure.in (AC_INIT): Check for crt0.S, not crt0.C.
* spu/configure: Regenerate.
* spu/Makefile.in (crti.o, crtn.o, crt1.o, crt2.o): New targets.
(OBJS): Remove init.o.
