* libc/machine/tic6x/Makefile.am, libc/machine/tic6x/configure.in,
libc/machine/tic6x/setjmp.S: New.
* libc/machine/tic6x/Makefile.in, libc/machine/tic6x/aclocal.m4,
libc/machine/tic6x/configure: New (generated).
