current meta key mode. * fhandler_console.cc (fhandler_console::read): Set the top bit of the character if metabit is true. * fhandler_console.cc (fhandler_console::ioctl): Implement KDGKBMETA and KDSKBMETA commands. * fhandler_tty.cc (process_ioctl): Support KDSKBMETA.
