* elfxx-mips.c (mips_elf_calculate_relocation): Likewise.
(_bfd_mips_elf_lo16_reloc): Remove handling for R_MIPS_GNU_REL_HI16.
(mips_elf_next_relocation): Move comment about matching HI/LO
relocations to...
(_bfd_mips_elf_relocate_section): Here. Remove handling for
R_MIPS_GNU_REL_HI16.
