There will be naked people on bikes and then later normal parade stuff. Come for whichever part suits your fancy more.

Will drinks be provided?
A gratuitous amount of Washington's finest will be available for play and side consumption. If you would like to drink something else you are welcome to bring it!
Is there a dress code?
As always shirts are discouraged during play.
